How do I purchase cookies?
As a small business, we operate on a weekly drop schedule, offering a limited number of cookies each week. Our weekly drop closes on Saturday and reopens on Sunday for the following drop. To ensure the freshness of your cookies, all orders are shipped every Monday.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within one to two weeks, and we’ll send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way. To ensure you get your fresh-baked goodies as quickly as possible, we ship on Mondays. If you experience any delays or don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please reach out to us at hello@bakedonkingst.com.
What is the best way to enjoy your cookies?
Reheat by covering them with a damp paper towel and microwaving for 10-20 seconds, depending on your microwave's power.
Do you accept return or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns. However, we do handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@bakedonkingst.com, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue and make things right for you!
How long do the cookies last?
We recommend enjoying our cookies within 30 days. To keep them fresh for as long as possible, store them in a dry place, like the fridge.
